Yes absolutely! If you are a business owner and/or representing a company interested in purchasing in bulk, please contact our Support Team at info@lakewoodmetal.com, and one of our representatives will contact you personally. A Wholesale Order must contain at least 10+ items.   Wholesale Pricing is dependent on the amount of items and the particular item(s) that you are interested in. For more information, please email our Support Team!
If you're interested in purchasing a Gift Card, please search for gift card or find it under the Collections tab. Our Gift Cards are Electronic Gift Cards and are sent via email as soon as you complete your purchase. The email will contain a code designated to you that's inputted at checkout (like a discount).    If you are purchasing a product using an active gift card AND have an active discount code, please contact our Support Team before completing your purchase :)

Unfortunately, we cannot modify the total amount of your purchase once your payment has been processed and confirmed. With that said, please save your coupon for a future purchase with Lakewood Metal !
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel/refund your order for this reason, especially if it's already in production.  For more information regarding our Cancellation Policy, please visit our cancelation policy.
Cancellations ARE accepted if you contact the company via email within 5 hours of the purchase date. No Cancellation Fee will apply. For all cancellation requests exceeding the 5 hour time limit, please read below for further information. Any Item that is considered a Monogram and/or includes text CANNOT be refunded/cancelled. This is because we are generally unable to re-sell a customized piece to another customer.** Any Item that is considered a 'stock-item' (items that are not custom and/or do not include additional design time) CAN be refunded or cancelled with a non-negotiable 15% Cancellation Fee applied.
No, unfortunately not. Being that several items are fulfilled and shipped within a few days, we do not allow any sort of Order Modification or change to the order itself end less we haven't started your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 
If you received a damaged item and/or received the wrong order, Lakewood Metal will cover all Shipping Costs per a Return Label. This Return Label is created and sent to you via email once your order has been processed for a Remake. If you are returning your item for an exchange or refund, we are unable to provide a Return Label for the return.   Please note: The Return Label will only cover shipping costs and will not cover any additional packaging costs. Therefore, we recommend using the box that the original item arrived in for the Return.
